Q1: What is the payment accepted for your transport service?
A1: We only accept cash payment only in Singapore Dollar at this time. Our courteous and trustworthy drivers are all professionals in their field of service. Therefore they are authorized to accept the exact payments from you and or a guarantee that they will return the exact change for your payment.
Q2: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A2: We are actually ready anytime you need us. JohorBahruPrivateCar.com private transport service however is subject to availability. We suggest reservations be made at least 3 days in advance in order for us to plan the most convenient and alternative routes for your desired trip. For last minute reservations, please call us or Whatsapp us at and we will do our best to accommodate you.
This will help us maximize your time enjoying your desired destination and not the traffic inside the metro.
Q3: Are the price rates shown here are for the vehicle or charges per person?
A3: Charges shown are per vehicle but not per person. All of the amount written here are straight and reasonable rates without any hidden charges.
We will let you know if there will be any additional charges such as entrance fees, checkpoint fees or toll and etc. Otherwise, no other fees should be paid other than the travel fare.
Q4: What are the car models available?
A4: JohorBahruPrivateCar.com has 3 types of MPV private car you can choose: Toyota Innova (7 seater), Toyota Alphard (7 seater) and Hyundai Starex (10 seater). Our vehicles are well-maintained weekly for a smooth riding experience.
Q5: Are your transport service limited to Johor Bahru only where Legoland Malaysia is?
A5: Nope! Our transport service basically covers Singapore to any point of Malaysia. So that means anywhere in Malaysia. We also pick up from any point of Malaysia to Singapore as well.
Q6: When should I receive the driver’s details?
A6: We will send driver’s details via SMS or Whatsapp around 1 day early before your travelling date.
Q7: All the prices listed for single trip or include return trip?
A7: All the prices listed in one way trip and round trip. If you add on another drop off point, then that will be considered another trip.
Q8: What if my flight is late when I am arriving?
A8: There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed for the first 1 hour, we don’t impose any charge. After 1 hour, we will charge SGD$20/hour waiting. Anywhere, we encourage you send us the flight reschedule date and time so that our staff will track your estimate arrival time to minimize the waiting time in Airport.
Q9: How can the driver find me on the airport?
A9: The driver will be waiting at the arrival hall and carrying a board that has your name on it. Also, the driver will have your contact details.
Q10: When crossing the Singapore and Malaysia border, should the passenger get off the private car?
A10: No. Just sit in the private car during entire journey.

A12: Yes, all the bookings should be pre-booked so to ensure a private transfer service is available to pick you.
Q13: If I have many people in my group and we are headed to the same destination do I need more than one booking?
A13: No. You just fill number of passengers in booking form and we will arrange the private transfer transport for you.
Q14: Do you provide parties, concerts, special events or weddings transfer?
A14: Yes, we do. You just mention the details transfer type you preferred in ‘Special Instruction/Further Enquiry’ column via online reservation form. We will give you a quotation accordingly.
